As individuals identify the character you are playing, by creating a character profile. This character profile will include the following:

Hot Seat Activity 15mins
Teachers now will interview each student in their character's for 30-60 seconds. This activity is a quick test on whether the student knows his/her character, by researching the character students can be more in sync with the characers roles and objectives.



Video Activity 15mins

Students are to watch the following short video and reflect on how does the actress Angelica Houston present her character of Miss Eva Ernst? Students must reflect on what is it that makes Aneglica Houston's performance so convincing? Why is she able to evoke emotion from the viewing audience, even though she is just an actress performing a role? How can I (as the student) do justice to a character like Miss Eva Ernst and make it my own? (teaching students to not copy performances and rather make it their own, No plaguraism)
